It is situated on the same street where the orthodox church can be found, with a large yard and garden, at the end of which the Călata creek flows. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, and downstairs is one room with private bathroom and  the dining room. The banks of the creek is arranged for summer bathing.
